Reliant Rehabilitation’s Excellence in Quality Awards are given to facilities performing in the top 90th percentile based on clinical outcomes, quality measures, audit scores, and other considerations such as clinical ladder, compliance, customer satisfaction and execution of clinical programming. They are then divided into three tiers of recognition; Bronze, Silver and Gold.
Joint Commission 3 Year Extension
Cypress Cove Care Center is proud to announce The Joint Commission has been awarded a three-year extension for demonstrating consistent compliance with performance standards. Having previously earned The Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval® for providing safe and quality patient care, this is a very honorable achievement.
SHARP Award
The SHARP Award, Safety & Health Achievement Recognition Program, looks for excellence in safety and health achievements. It is a program that recognizes small business employers who have used OSHA’s on-site Consultation Program services and operate with exemplary safety and health programs. We are the only Health Care Facility in Citrus County with this designation.
