Admissions

We coordinate a medical evaluation, complete insurance verification/pre-authorization, and educate the resident and families on what they can expect during their stay. Our admissions department works closely with a resident’s physicians and case managers, as well as other health care providers, to make a resident’s transition to Cypress Cove Care Center a seamless process.

With a physician’s referral, we admit residents from many settings including:

  • Hospital Medical and Surgical Units
  • Rehabilitation Hospitals
  • VA Hospitals
  • Physician’s Offices
  • Assisted Living Facilities
  • Even Your Own Home
